1-Year Guarantee
Every product we sell is covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date on your order.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal use — for example, a battery that won't hold a charge, an inverter that fails under normal load, or a component that stops working without misuse. We'll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear, or gradual battery capacity loss over time
- Products modified or opened by anyone other than a licensed technician
- Damage from operating equipment outside its rated specifications
Some manufacturers also offer their own extended warranty directly — check your product's included documentation. Where a manufacturer's warranty is longer than ours, the manufacturer's terms apply on top of ours.
How to make a claim
Email support@ironwatt.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We'll walk you through troubleshooting first, and arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund if the issue is confirmed as a covered defect.
