Who we are
Ironwatt is a retail e-commerce business selling home battery systems, backup power equipment, and solar equipment to homeowners in the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you complete checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is priced or listed incorrectly due to an error, or if we're unable to verify or fulfill it.
Payment
We accept PayPal (via invoice request — you're not charged automatically) and bank wire transfer. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
See our Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty pages for full details. All orders ship free within the contiguous US, returns are free within 30 days, and every product carries a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Installation
We sell equipment; we don't perform installation. Electrical installation work should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local code and permit requirements. Ironwatt is not responsible for installation performed by third parties.
Product information
We label every specification by how confident we are in it. We work to keep listings accurate but don't guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are completely free of error; if something you receive materially differs from its listing, contact us and we'll make it right under our returns policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ironwatt's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products we sell.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
