Information we collect

• Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, and order contents, so we can fulfill and support your order.
• Account information: email and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) if you create an account.
• Payment information: for bank wire and PayPal-invoice orders, we record the payment method and reference you provide. We do not store full bank account or card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location (city/region level) via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), so we can understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
• Payment processors (PayPal), for orders placed via PayPal invoice
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), who receive anonymized usage data to help us measure site performance
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required
